New Article about Fishing Vests

Mon May 14, 2018 12:47 pm

Hi,
Just a note to let you know about an article about fishing vests I recently published. Fishing vests are typically associated with fly fishermen. But their usefulness extends to all anglers, whether you're fishing with a spinning rod for trout or waving a fly rod in a river.

I never go fishing without my trusty fly fishing vest. It comes in handy and saves the day for me many a time!

I've been tempted to try a vest but have held off for various reasons. You make some good points so I might try this one:

Its light enough and simple.

Hey, good find!
I think I'm going to pick one of those up, too. Looks like it'll be great for summer. It's a good alternative to the full mesh vests.

I'm also going to pick up the Frogg Toggs waterproof vest.

Recently went fishing with my standard vest in the rain (over a rain jacket) and it got soggy and heavy. :P
